EA SPORTS announced today that Madden NFL 10 has officially gone gold. To celebrate this development milestone, fans can look forward to two separate opportunities to play Madden NFL 10, on the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3, before it is available at retailers nationwide on Friday, August 14th.

I was bit surprised to see last week that Bitmob's Dan Hsu had compiled a list of the Top 10 Bad Things the Internet Brought to Gaming Journalism. Sure, the list made some good points, and was generally fair about considering opposing points of view.

Duke Nukem Forever may be buried in the graves, at least for now but there is a new Duke title in development known as ‘Duke Begins’ which has been revealed in a court document in the on-going lawsuit of 3D Realms (legal name Apogee) and Take-Two.
